Position Summary :
Swift Services is seeking an experienced and licensed Plumbing Manager to lead our team of skilled plumbers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing operations, a proven track record in management, and a valid South Carolina plumbing license. This role is essential in overseeing daily operations, ensuring project deadlines are met, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of plumbers and technicians to achieve high performance.
- Oversee scheduling, job assignments, and resource allocation for efficient operations.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to enhance skills and foster professional development.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex plumbing issues as needed.
