In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assist with installing HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation units, following manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines.
- Support in performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system components to ensure optimal performance.
- Learn and adhere to industry best practices, safety protocols, and company procedures while working on HVAC systems.
- Operate and handle tools and equipment safely and effectively, including gauges, meters, and hand tools required for HVAC work.
- Participate in formal training programs, apprenticeships, and educational courses to develop technical skills and knowledge related to HVAC systems and technology.
- Interact with customers professionally and respectfully, providing assistance as needed and ensuring a positive service experience.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations while working on-site, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safe handling of hazardous materials.
- Be open to learning new techniques and technologies, adapting to changes in the field, and continuously improving skills.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

- Valid Driver's License with a minimum of three years of experience
- Computer requirements for this role include a basic understanding of using a PC and MS Office Suite, familiarity with phones and tablets, and the ability to access and manage email.
- Candidates should have the ability to read and write effectively, ensuring clear communication and comprehension of job-related materials.
The physical requirements of this job include:
- Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Climbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.
- Ability to drive.
- Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces.
- Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.
- Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.
- Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.
- The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow.
