This position requires a dependable, energetic, customer-focused, and sales-oriented individual to operate our ice cream trucks. This role involves creating and driving a designated route, selling ice cream, engaging with customers, and maintaining a clean and fully stocked truck. The ideal candidate must work on commission and is outgoing, responsible, and passionate about providing excellent customer service.
You must be able to pass a background check and fingerprinting, as well as have a good driving record. Drivers must be organized, efficient and always maintain a professional appearance.

Sales Performance
Daily Sales Target : Achieve a minimum daily revenue goal.Upselling Rate : Increase average order value by promoting combos or premium items.Bonus Opportunities : Addition to 20% commission on sales.Customer Satisfaction & Engagement
Customer Feedback Score : Maintain a minimum [4.5 / 5] rating from customer reviews and surveys.Repeat Customer Rate : Track and improve the number of repeat customers per route.Social Media Engagement : Increase followers or interactions on company social media .Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Respond promptly to all customer inquiries, or communicate to office staff for further assistance if necessary.Keep notes of customer interactions, comments and complaints - Offer feedback to SICC management for improvements.Operational Efficiency & Safety
Truck Cleanliness & Maintenance Compliance : Maintain a 100% pass rate on internal audits.Adherence to Route Schedule : Stay on time and cover assigned areas efficiently.Zero Safety Violations : No incidents of reckless driving, expired products, or food safety violations.Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies at all times and report any accidents or vehicle issues encountered while driving immediately to management staff.Delivery Driver - Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.Valid Texas driver’s license with an excellent driving record.Physically capable of lifting 25 pounds plus comfortably.Professional disposition for a pleasant customer service experience.Friendly, outgoing, and strong sales / customer service skillsAbility to handle cash and operate a mobile POS systemComfortable working independently and managing time efficientlyAbility to work in Houston’s hot weather conditions during summer monthsAvailability to work evenings and weekends, when demand is highest
