Description
Head Start/Early Head Start is currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Home Visitors to join our team. The Home Visitor will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to children and families participating in the Home Based program. This includes addressing their social, intellectual, emotional, and physical needs.
As a Home Visitor, you will act as a facilitator, educator, and support system for parents and families. Your duties will involve developing age-appropriate lesson plans, conducting family-style dining instructions, implementing the approved curriculum, managing child behavior, modeling instructional techniques for parents, customizing child instruction, carrying out screenings and assessments, maintaining accurate records, and conducting weekly home visits. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in collecting and managing child outcome data.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Tier 1 - Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
Tier 2 - Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, or related field, and at least two years of experience teaching infants/toddlers and/or preschool aged children; AND, Currently enrolled in a qualifying, degree-seeking program leading to a Baccalaureate degree in Early Childhood Education, or related field, having already completed at least half (50%) of the coursework.
