The Home Visitor will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to children and families participating in the Home Based program. This includes addressing their social, intellectual, emotional, and physical needs. As a Home Visitor, you will act as a facilitator, educator, and support system for parents and families. Your duties will involve developing age-appropriate lesson plans, conducting family-style dining instructions, implementing the approved curriculum, managing child behavior, modeling instructional techniques for parents, customizing child instruction, carrying out screenings and assessments, maintaining accurate records, and conducting weekly home visits.
