Essential Duties:
- Oversight of training, and supervising all operational staff, nursing staff, clinical professionals, including providing continuing
- Assists with staff retention through recruiting, selecting, orienting, and appropriate training of staff occurs during the onboarding
- Ensuring that laboratory materials, tools, equipment, and other resources are managed efficiently and in accordance with safety
- Improving the efficiency of clinical staff and fostering collaboration among physicians, nurses, and other care providers by minimizing
- Managing budgeting, accounting, and finance functions to ensure that clinical operations are financially sound.
- Meeting the needs of patients by planning and overseeing patient care and administrative operations
- Providing teams and individuals with what they need to excel in their roles and resolving conflicts and issues.
Medical Equipment/Supplies/Operating Systems:
- Is responsible for oversight and ordering of inventory of all medical supplies
- Oversight of financial aspects of clinic operations, such as bank deposits and end-of-day reconciliation
- Collaborates with the revenue cycle management team and facilitates appropriate account resolution
- Facilitates operational aspects of the clinic to ensure surroundings such as building, utility, and office equipment in collaboration with
troubleshooting malfunctions, and providing oversight to repairs as needed
- Ensure successful implementation and adoption of clinical operating systems
- Ensures the operation of medical equipment by verifying emergency equipment availability, completing preventative maintenance
