Studio Assistant

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Studio Services Assistant to manage photography, videography, and content preparation for resale platforms, social media outlets, and our in-home studio. This hands-on role involves essential tasks and close collaboration with our virtual assistants to maintain seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography & Videography

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of items for resale platforms (e.g., Poshmark, Mercari) and social media content.
• Provide files to virtual assistants for editing and posting.
• Assist customers with their photography needs in our in-home studio, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Operate basic studio equipment, such as cameras, lighting, and teleprompters as required.

Content Preparation

• Organize, label, and send photos and videos to virtual assistants for editing and posting.
• Ensure all files are prepared accurately for resale listings.

Order Fulfillment

• Package and ship items sold on resale platforms promptly and accurately.

Customer Assistance

• Support studio customers by setting up equipment, assisting with photography sessions, and addressing inquiries about services.

Compensation:

• Base Rate: $15/hour
• Bonus Opportunity: Earn 10% of all sales generated from the studio and resale platforms.

Qualifications:

• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and meet deadlines.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
