To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent mathematical abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to read and write English legibly. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Landscape Design, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is required, along with at least 3 years of experience designing extensive landscape and hardscape projects. Proficiency in computer programs such as SketchUp, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Photoshop is also necessary.
Certifications: VNLA – Certified Horticulturist and Landscape Architect (preferred but not required).
Compensation Details
The annual salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $115,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed site analysis and construction drawings for new projects.
- Meet with clients and sales representatives to understand project requirements and deliver cohesive design solutions.
- Schedule and prepare work for Sales Reps, Project Managers, or CSR's in a timely manner.
- Develop 2D and 3D designs and sales packages complete with proposals and images.
- Research and implement new products and features to enhance client benefits.
- Packaging take-off schedules with designs for estimating purposes.
