About the Role:
- Must be coachable, a team player, and customer service minded.
- Must follow all safety guidelines to protect yourself and teammates.
- Able to contribute and maintain a neat and tidy work environment on the yard.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and pay attention to details.
- Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations.
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.
- Assist in warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization.
Your prior experience:
- A background in putting customers first, being a contributor to a team, and bringing your own uniqueness.
- Experience properly operating, loading, and unloading trucks safely. This includes but is not limited to lumber, trim, windows, and doors.
- Efficiently and effectively navigating the Charleston, SC lowcountry from Awendaw to Kiawah Island.
