WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :
The successful candidate is responsible for providing professional nail care treatments for guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU :
- Perform manicures, pedicures, foot and hand treatments in accordance with spa protocols and accepted certification practices
- Stock and ensure cleanliness of nail room and equipment
- Provide high level of guest service at all times to all guest of the spa
- Educate guests regarding treatments and retail products
- Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls
- Complete end of shift inventory on your room / cart and restock all necessary products, notify management of low stock items
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating and training guests in these areas
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures
- Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room / area as required
- Communicate to management all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as home care programs, promotions and / or discounts available
- Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction
- Work efficiently and effectively without direct supervision
- Creates and maintains client cards with treatment notes, when appropriate
- Attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa / hotel
- Follow all Spa timeliness standards, to include arriving at least one-half hour prior to the start of each appointment
- Greet and complete established procedures for arriving guests by beginning on time for the appointment and completing within the allotted time
- Contribute to team / company engagement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager and / or Supervisor
