WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Pool Managers are in charge of the operations of pool staff of 4 or more Lifeguards and the fiscal health of the facilities.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Managing pool staff of 4 or more lifeguards
- Be responsible of the performance of the pool team
- Positive role model
- Communicate openly and clearly
- Schedule daily activities efficiently, monitoring for quality or quantity
- Creating weekly pool schedules
- Proper operation of filtration system and chemical balance
- Responsible for passing all Health Department and Supervisor inspections
- Maintain pool records to include: Operation Log, Daily checklist, Timesheets, Accident/Injury
- Reports and Resident Sign-In Log
- Keep pool area, bathhouse and filter room clean
- Perform other duties as assigned by Manager and/or Supervisor
- Contribute to team/company engagement efforts
JOB KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Excellent perception and awareness
- Ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of 4 or more team members
- Responsible, take-charge individual
- Be able to handle multiple tasks
- Must hold a current Pool Operators License
- Current American Red Cross Life Guarding
- CPR for the Professional Rescuer and
- First Aid Certification
