We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to support our Operations Team, ensuring our properties meet VTrips' high standards of safety, cleanliness, and excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Submit loose linen weekly for the upcoming week.
- Assist the team with necessary property quality control (QC) inspections and tasks.
- Perform refresh cleans to maintain property standards.
- Clean properties as needed, adhering to VTrips' cleanliness standards.
- Assist with laundry tasks such as packing, sorting, and ticketing.
- Deliver linens and housewares to properties as directed.
- Assist in completing in-house guest requests.
- Track mileage through Paylocity and submit weekly.
- Maintain parking passes / amenity access bands / fobs for the area.
- Assist with amenity orders and stocking.
- Help with office clean-up and organization.
- Inventory housekeeping / maintenance supplies and linen.
- Perform re-cleaning and touch-ups as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
