Laborer – Construction Services

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing essential tasks that ensure the smooth operation of job sites. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Duties

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of construction sites.
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople.
• Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other temporary structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Skills

• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and tools is required. ( IE: Carpentry, flooring. drywall, painting, roofing, doors, windows. Experience with ACT and VCT preferred.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Must be able to read a tape measure.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality work is performed consistently.

Job Requirements

• Able to pass a background check and work on military base and government installations.
• Driver's license
• Your own transportation.

*Some travel preferred, not required. Monday-Friday, all travel expenses covered plus per diem.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
