Responsibilities- Reviews all purchase orders for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing
- Process invoices into computer system
- Apply customer payments
- Research and solve payment discrepancies
- Process customer shipments through computer system
- Review all paperwork to ensure accuracy
- Performs data entry
- Performs filing, copying, and answering phones
- Communicate with co-workers, supervisor, management, customers, vendors and others in a courteous and professional manner
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions
- Performs other duties as assigned

- Safety and security—the individual observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly
- U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong verbal and written English skills
- Follow verbal and written instructions
- Good math skills
- Prefer 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Appropriate attire is business dress with no visible tattoos
