Do you enjoy meeting new people, building connections, and working in an exciting, outdoor environment? Southern Marinas is seeking a Marketing & Sales Intern to help us drive business growth by engaging with local communities, planning events, and developing strategic partnerships to attract new customers to our marinas and boat rentals. Responsibilities What You’ll Do :
- Event Planning & Coordination : Assist in organizing marina events that bring in boaters, local businesses, and the community.
- Customer Engagement : Connect directly with potential customers, answer questions, and promote marina services to drive slip and boat rental sales.
- Networking & Partnerships : Build relationships with local businesses, tourism groups, and organizations to increase foot traffic and visibility .
- On-Site Sales & Promotion : Visit high-traffic areas, attend community events, and find creative ways to bring in new customers .
- Lead Generation : Identify and engage potential customers for boat rentals and slip leasing through face-to-face interactions.
