Retail Associates / Key Holders

Southern Marsh is excited to announce that we are currently conducting a search for dynamic and fun sales associates/key holders for our outlet store at Gulport Premium Outlets in Gulfport, Mississippi!

Qualified Sales Associates will start at $12.00 - $14.00 per hour!

Qualified Keyholders will start at $14.00 - $16.00 per hour!

Overview:
Responsible for assisting the management team in driving sales through exceptional customer service. Ensures the customer experience, supports our brand and makes service a top priority.

Functions & Responsibilities:
-Reports to the Store Manager, Floor Manager, or Management Trainee
-Generate Sales
-Responsible for meeting their goals/measures
-Develops and maintains relationships with customers
-Supports in-store event sourcing and execution

-Customer Experience
-Ensures the store reflects Southern Marsh’s Brand
-Leads the store in educating new associates on best practices
-Ensures customers are contacted when new product arrives

-Team Development
-Assists with training new associates
-Helps foster a welcoming, fun, encouraging, and energetic team and customer environment
-Helps in recruiting and referring top talent for the store’s teams
-Supports store and team-building activities with the management team

-Operations
-Maintains efficient merchandise controls
-Maintains loss prevention awareness at all times
-Helps maintain a clean and tidy store environment

-Merchandising
-Helps to maintain merchandising as it pertains to company standards, current floorset, and brand initiatives
-Contributes to weekly product feedback

Requirements
-Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills
-Team-focused, confident, and professional
-Creative, adaptable, entrepreneurial, and driven by integrity
-Strong verbal and written skills
-Ability to perform effective selling techniques to achieve sales and repeat business
-Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, overnights, weekends

-Excited to help recruit, train, motivate and inspire as a large piece of your day-to-day responsibilities
-Accuracy and attention to detail.
-Ability to effectively receive and communicate feedback
