Position Overview: We're seeking an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Specialist who enjoys engaging with customers and driving sales of premium outdoor power equipment. The ideal candidate has a passion for outdoor power equipment and a proven ability to meet sales targets through product knowledge, customer engagement, and solution-based selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in selecting outdoor power equipment tailored to their needs.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge of STIHL, Toro, Cub Cadet, Mahindra, Echo, and Gravely equipment.
- Demonstrate equipment features and benefits effectively to customers.
- Achieve sales goals through relationship-building, follow-ups, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Process sales transactions accurately using company POS systems.
- Maintain attractive and organized showroom displays.
- Participate in ongoing sales training and certification programs provided by manufacturers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales, particularly outdoor power equipment, automotive, or similar industries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to operate and demonstrate equipment safely and effectively.
- Proficient with computer-based sales and inventory systems.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training preferred.
