Required Shifts:
Tuesdays - Fridays from 9 AM- 6 PM
Saturday from 9 AM - 4 PM
Sundays & Mondays Off

Essential Job Functions:
Greet clients by name and with a smile, provide a clean, safe and healthy environment for clients, guests, and workers maintain cleanliness of the spa's front desk, shop and lobby area. Answer incoming calls and direct accordingly in a professional manner. Maintain constant communication with spa staff regarding appointment bookings Book spa appointments and take payment upon completion of applicable spa service(s). Maintain an accurate cash drawer and balance cash register at the close of each shift. Respond to clients' questions and concerns as needed provide additional support to the Spa Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months - 1 year of previous Customer Service experience Previous Spa or salon experience is helpful but not required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask, demonstrate initiative, and strong work ethic. Physical requirements include: walking and standing during the entire shift (often 4-8 hours), climbing stairs, kneeling to clean floors, pushing, and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects and cleaning with or without reasonable accommodation.
Required Receptionist duties
- Greeting customers and answering inquiries in a friendly and professional manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing customer bookings
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Maintaining customer records and updating customer information in the database
- Ensuring the spa reception area is clean and organized
- Overseeing the entire spa area, from scheduling treatments to stocking the spa's product inventory
- Providing information and guidance to clients regarding services, products, and spa facilities
- Educate guests on products and services
Spa Receptionist Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and organizational skills
