Lawn Care Operations Crew Member

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Tech to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and a strong understanding of lawn care practices. This role involves maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of residential and commercial properties through various lawn care tasks. The Lawn Care Tech will work with a variety of power tools and equipment to ensure high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to maintain a neat appearance.
• Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition for optimal performance.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair minor issues with lawn care equipment.
• Conduct groundskeeping duties to keep properties clean and well-maintained.
• Provide tree care services, including pruning and removal as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred.
• Able to operate lawn mowers efficiently and safely.
• Familiarity with operating power tools and landscaping equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining physical stamina for lifting and moving materials.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Works well with a team.
• Active driver's license and able to pass DOT physical.
• Equipment operator experience is preferred.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
