Job Description:
To provide efficient and accurate Customer Service administrative support to our retailers, end consumers and sales representatives. You will have a variety of duties such as entering orders, issuing credits, providing information, respond and resolve consumer/dealer inquiries and complaints, and retaining documentation. You will interact with people from various backgrounds, so excellent people skills, communication abilities, attention to details and basic IT skills are required.
