Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Car Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while guiding clients through the car buying process. Your expertise in automotive sales and your ability to build relationships will be crucial in helping customers find the perfect vehicle that meets their needs. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone, providing a welcoming and informative experience.
• Utilize effective phone etiquette to communicate with potential buyers and follow up on leads.
• Manage the sales pipeline by tracking customer interactions and ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
• Assist customers with financing options and paperwork, ensuring a smooth transaction process.
• Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles, including updates on availability and condition.
• Upsell additional products or services that enhance the customer’s experience or vehicle ownership.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall dealership performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent math skills for calculating financing options and payment plans.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes is advantageous.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
• A strong understanding of sales management principles and techniques.
• Ability to effectively upsell products while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• A valid driver’s license is required for test drives and vehicle delivery.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
