Landscape Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for various tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, garden upkeep, and hardscape installation. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for working outdoors.

Duties

• Maintain gardens and landscaped areas by planting, weeding, and watering plants.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and edging walkways.
• Assist with hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Operate hand tools and machinery safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
• Dig holes for planting trees and shrubs as needed.
• Irrigate landscapes to ensure proper water distribution for plant health.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access to properties.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related fields 1 year
• Familiarity with hand tools and landscaping equipment is essential.
• Mechanical knowledge is a plus for operating machinery and performing minor repairs.
• Drivers License.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks throughout the day.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work are crucial for success in this role.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to landscaping practices.

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
