Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Hospitalist role located in Nashua, NH. The Hospitalist will be responsible for providing comprehensive inpatient care, including overseeing treatment plans, conducting patient assessments, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, managing patient admissions, and coordinating care transitions.
Qualifications
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Experience in hospital medicine and inpatient care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
- State medical licensure
- Experience with electronic health record systems
- Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives in healthcare
