Job Summary:
The Emergency Services Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care to pediatric and adult patients presenting with a variety of illnesses, injuries or trauma. The RN specializes in assessing, intervening and stabilizing patients in situations that require critical clinical decision-making skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessing, intervening and stabilizing patients in emergency situations
- Providing high-quality patient care to pediatric and adult patients
- Working collaboratively with the Patient Care Services team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Successfully completing a competency-based orientation program to become proficient in serving the Emergency Services patient population
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited nursing school
- Valid New Hampshire Licensure
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, and TNCC (within 1 year)
Schedule Information
- Every other weekend rotation
Unit Specific Information
- Emergency Services (ES) Registered Nurse
Additional Details
- A Social Security Administration release is required for all candidates. This will be requested by the Background Team.
- For Massachusetts assignments or travelers who have lived/worked in MA within the last 7 years, a MA CORI is required. This will be requested by the Background Team.
