The opportunity
As the Education Facilitator, you will be a part-time member of the university's Global Campus (GC) staff, responsible for collaborating with the General Education, First Year Experience, Competency-based Education, and Education teams, reporting to the Executive Director of General Education, First Year Experience, Education, and Special Programs . You'll help the team's efforts to support student success, program quality, and effectiveness, and maintain all files related to faculty and peer mentors. Additionally, you will work with others in the use of existing systems to provide oversight, scheduling, and tracking for the M.Ed. Online Instruction and Peer Mentor Programs. You will be responsible for a combination of responsibilities that require collaborating with Associate Deans, multiple academic and operations units, university campus, students, and all classifications of faculty.

What you'll do :
- Collaborate with Associate Deans to collect and analyze data for different reporting requirements, e.g. End of term, Quarterly, and Program Health.
- Provide reporting on goals and projects that are associated with student behaviors and course performance and health.
- Support training for team members of policy development, adherence, and communication.
- Provide ongoing operational oversight for faculty management including scheduling and evaluation
- Assist Content Faculty to identify opportunities for proactive outreach to students in need of academic assistance, and assist the Assessor Faculty to identify when student submissions are within 72 hours of submission.
- Monitor performance and engagement with mentees through data collection and tracking software.
- Provide Coaching of peer mentors and with the support of Associate Dean

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $22.55 - $36.08. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations. We expect this position to be hired in the following target hiring range $24.91 - $33.71.
