The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire University's traditional campus is currently seeking a student game commentator / shoutcaster to support the varsity Esports program. The Esports Commentator is responsible for live commentary of Esports games on our Twitch platform, as well as acting as a personality in recorded SNHU Esports content.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Familiarization with various Esports, including Valorant, League of Legends, Overwatch, Rocket League, and Super Smash Bros.
- Knowledge of SNHU Esports player habits and preferences.
- Verbal communication of chaotic game states.
- Coordination with the Esports broadcast technician regarding live production operations.
- Distribution of information for all SNHU Esports events.
- Participation as a member of the SNHU Esports content team.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
