The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire facilities Department is currently seeking student employee to fill the role of Office Assistant.
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitor work orders, place work orders based on phone calls or in person requests with accuracy
- Answer, direct and manage phone calls, take messages and relay information
- Greet and direct visitors / vendors accordingly
- Issue campus keys to vendors / contractors and maintain detailed key log
- Will interact with all trades based within the department

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in addition to relevant business considerations.
Salary : $12 - $15
