Overview
Southwest Charlotte company is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. Tuesday through Friday 8:30-ish to 1:30-ish. A valid (standard) driver license with relatively clean driving record. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to our customers while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to handle physical demands associated with the job.
Duties
- Safely operate company owned van, to transport goods to designated customers in Charlotte and the surrounding area.
- Load and unload items using equipment such as pallet jack and hand truck.
- Some heavy lifting as required.
- Maintain accurate delivery paperwork.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
Skills
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
- Ability to work while maintaining an accurate level of the above tasks.
