JOB DESCRIPTION:
STORE MANAGER – FULL TIME
STATEMENT FOR JOB – Store manager has the responsibility for the total operation of the store. Manager will ensure increased sales and profitability of the store, within guide lines of company policy requirements.
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB
1 Be able to speak, read and write English at a high school level.
2 Must have the ability to train others at all levels of the store operation.
3 Must be able to control cash and inventory.
4 Be sure that the store meets and exceeds company standards on cleanliness.
5 Responsible for making bank deposits as well as night drops.
6 Must be responsible for all corrective action reports on stores employees.
7 Completely responsible for scheduling to ensure adequate coverage at peak times as well as complying to payroll budgets.
8 Ensure all employees follow company policy at all times.
9 Must be able to Conduct interviews as well hiring and maintaining adequate staff.
10 Must process & submit invoices from vendors.
11 Must execute all promotions as directed by corporate office.
12 Must maintain adequate levels of inventory.
13 Responsible for gas surveys and correct tank stickings.
14 Must be able to complete all daily & weekly paperwork as directed, in a timely manner.
15 Must be able to fulfill all requirements of sales associate job descriptions.
