We are hiring a Job Coach for our Community Employment program, starting at $19.50/hr.
Job Coaches train and provide supports to adults with Intellectual/Developmental disabilities and maintain contact with employers to promote a positive work relationship so they can enjoy and be successful in their community jobs.

· Coach, mentor, and provide on the job training to individuals to help them be successful in their careers
· Help Individuals develop safe and supportive work relationships
· Provide excellent customer service to community businesses
Successful applicants will:
· Have a heart and a passion to make a difference and help people become the best version of themselves
· Be 18 years & older
· Have HS Diploma or equivalent and a current Driver’s License
· Be able to lift 65 pounds
· Navigate in and around computers and tablets
· Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen for illegal drugs and a criminal history background check
