Medford Office PERSONAL SERVICE AGREEMENT (temporary) : Audiology Assessor
Southern Oregon Education Service District's Education Services department has need for the professional services of a Service Provider with particular training, ability, knowledge and experience.
SOESD is looking for a individual service provider with the following qualifications :
- Education : Master's degree
- Licensing : Licensed through the Oregon Board of Audiology
- Employment / Experience : Experience as an Education Audiologist
- Other : N / A
The following represents the summary of duties that the professional services will be required to provide :
Projected Service Date(s) : 8 / 1 / 2024-6 / 30 / 2025
Rate of pay : $53 per hour, Up to 20 hours a week
Estimated Travel Expenses ( ) : X None Per SOESD established reimbursement rate.
Appropriate agency procedures must be followed to receive reimbursement for mileage and lodging.)
THIS IS AN EXEMPT POSITION AND OVERTIME IS NOT APPLICABLE.
This agreement can be terminated by either party upon 14 days written notice to the other party.
