We are seeking a qualified IT Supervisor to oversee our IT operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead a team of IT professionals, provide technical support, and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and security.
Essential Functions of the Job
Job Title: Information Technology Supervisor
Departments: Oversee all Areas and aspects of Information Technology
Reports To: CFO
SUMMARY:
The IT Supervisor oversees and administers company platforms, IT Projects, strategies, and vendors. Works as a part of the managers team and identifies information system enhancements that will improve business and support future business needs. Fulfills role of Security Officer.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage and monitor all computer and network systems for proper performance
· Prepare for and implement new systems and integration of new business ventures
· Plans and implements additions, deletions, and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure company-wide in coordination with corporate leadership.
· Oversees the implementation of network security at the corporate level.
· Anticipates future network needs, identifies proactive solutions to satisfy needs
· Work with Software and Hardware vendors to quickly identify and resolve issues
· Assists in unit testing to verify that the system functions satisfy business requirements
· Participates in the review of technical designs
· Prepares project plans that outline expected tasks and activities
· Evaluates software vendors and solutions
· Facilitates system selection projects and fulfills project manager role for IT-related systems
· Develops network operations budget and ensures operations meet approved budget levels
· Advise the CFO of any substantial failures in IT equipment or repairs needed in the departments.
· Expand job-related knowledge and skills to improve performance and adjust to change.
· Facilitates annual Security Assessment and Risk Analysis to satisfy HIPAA Compliance requirements
· Use interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain cooperative professional relationships.
· Effectively communicates relevant IT-related information to superiors.
· Ensures department is well informed, at all times, of changes and newsworthy events within the company.
· Holds responsibility for capacity planning and scheduling vendor negotiations related to IT.
· Performs data analysis to provide support to CFO.
· Helps establish and build relationships with vendors in conjunction with corporate leadership.
· Oversees the planning and management of the company's telephone system and manages company-wide upgrade efforts.
· Holds responsibility for IT staffing and budgeting projections on a company-wide basis
· Manages and oversees vendor activities to fulfill agreed SLA’s.
· Other duties as assigned by the CFO.

A. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
· Average 5-7 years prior IT experience required
· Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, or a related field
