Job Title: Inside Sales/ Treatment Coordinator – Full-Time, Monday to Friday

Role Overview:
We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join our team and drive sales by converting consultations into treatment starts. If you have a background in inside sales or high-touch retail and love working with people, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We will train the right person, so even if you don’t have orthodontic experience, we’ll provide the tools and training you need to succeed!
Job Type: Full-time, Non-exempt
Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends or late evenings!)
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales-Focused Consultations: Guide patients through consultations, convert them into same-day starts, or schedule their next appointment if they can’t start immediately.
- Relationship Building: Create lasting connections with patients, making sure they feel comfortable and confident in their treatment plan.
- Financial Coordination: Present treatment options, discuss payment plans, and handle financial arrangements for same-day starts.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every patient.
