Essential Job Functions*:
We are seeking a full-time highly motivated, self-directed, and skilled problem solver with excellent communication, presentation skills and an outgoing personality to effectively assist in marketing our orthodontic practice.
The Marketing/Scheduling Coordinator is a highly motivated, self-directed, and skilled communicator with a passion for community and school outreach, event planning, and social media. As well as scheduling new and current patients, answering phone calls, creating appointments. This role serves as a key member of our team, collaborating with doctors and other clinical/administrative leaders to promote the brand, culture, and patient care throughout the community and build the team culture internally. This is a position that relies on relationships, business savvy and people skills. This position has hybrid capacity – working mainly in the Practice on the Scheduling duties – but may work remotely occasionally creating gifts for referring Doctors’ offices and ensuring a personable delivery.

Responsibilities
· Maintain all Social Media platforms, engaging with patients, increase engagement, and grow followers.
· Create, maintain, monitor, and execute internal promotions to engage with patients.
· Create, plan, and implement events and outreach programs with schools & community to increase brand and presence in the community.
· Ability to converse, build relationships with, and gain trust from doctors, team members, patients, and community members.
· Building creative gift baskets and other gifts – deliver to referring doctors’ offices
- Work hours and travel must be flexible to accommodate working in office, deliveries, evening and weekend events.
- Answering phone, scheduling new and existing patients with enthusiasm and helpfulness
- Greeting patients in person with a “white glove” experience
- May be required to open and close the Practice following prescribed procedures
- Other duties as required

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer experience
- Flexible Schedule
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to work flexible hours
Preferred Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related field
- 1-2 years recent experience
- Experience in the dental environment a plus.
