- Manage patient records and provide office tours when onboarding a new patient
- Take patient x-rays and photos, including facial front, occlusal lower, intraoral right and left, etc.
- Knowledge and understanding of impressions and pouring models
- Accurately record keeping on all patients
- Ensure lab is fully stocked and backed up
- Assist both front and clinical team when needed
- Communicates effectively and respectfully to Doctor and team
- Ability to demonstrate reliability and responsiveness to patients and team
- General knowledge and understanding of orthodontic treatment plans and care
- Displays strong interpersonal skills and has a customer service mindset
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible Schedule
- 1-2 years recent experience in dental environment
