- Source and screen candidates, presenting only the best to hiring teams
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates through the process
- Build relationships with hiring managers and vendors
- Use social media and creative tools to attract top talent
- Occasionally travel to practice locations for visibility initiatives
- 3 years of recruting exerience
- Bachelor’s degree or related experience
- Familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A genuine passion for helping others and fostering relationships
- Healthcare recruiting experience
