Inventory and Logistics Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented employee to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, processing, and shipping orders to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, demonstrate strong organizational skills, and work collaboratively to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts, organize stock, and report discrepancies.
Receiving and Restocking: Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, or defects; restock items to designated locations.
Quality Assurance: Ensure orders meet quality and accuracy standards before dispatch.
Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company safety policies and procedures.
Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflows and resolve issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds regularly.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills is a plus.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or shifts as required.
Physical Requirements:
