Position Summary: The Automotive Service Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for driving growth and customer engagement by handling inbound and outbound phone calls to potential and existing clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Phone Calls:
- Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide information about the automotive services offered, including maintenance, repairs, and special promotions.
- Assist customers with scheduling appointments, answering questions, and resolving inquiries.
- Qualify leads and provide appropriate recommendations for automotive services based on customer needs.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system and follow up with clients as necessary.
- Outbound Phone Calls:
- Proactively reach out to potential customers to promote automotive services and special offers.
- Follow up on previous leads, ensuring they are nurtured and converted into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with current clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends for automotive services.
- Provide accurate quotes for services and schedule appointments.
- Address customer concerns with a focus on resolving issues promptly and effectively.
