Customer Service Representative for established PVC Pipe Manufacturer in Stanly County, NC to provide product and services information to customers; Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner; Generate quotations for customers; Process orders, returns and exchanges accurately; Resolve customer issues and complaints; Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues; Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels; Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction; Contribute to team goals and performance metrics.
Qualifications include but are not limited to : High School diploma or equivalent; Proven experience in a customer service role; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; Positive attitude and team player; Excellent attendance.
