What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Operations Specialist position at Southern Plus?
Responsibilities include: pulling and preparing stock for production, manage inventory locations/warehouse, operate forklift, preparing orders for shipments, receiving truck shipments/inventory, packing orders.
Need to be organized, accurate, detail-oriented and a self-motivated, high-energy person. Maintenance background / skills are welcome. Forklift training will be provided.
Will work closely with the Production Manager to ensure orders are pulled and ready for production according to the schedule. Accuracy in paperwork and reporting is a key performance measure.
Summary
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be integral to the efficient operation in ensuring timely and accurate handling of materials. Your core operation and inventory management will be developed through on-site training. You will report to the Production Manager to coordinate your work with the production schedule. With a focus on accuracy and organization, you will contribute to a streamlined and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in production or warehouse environment.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
