Responsibilities and Duties :
Customer Assistance : Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt, accurate, and professional support.
Issue Resolution : Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
Order Processing : Assist customers with placing orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Record Keeping : Maintain accurate customer records, transactions, and interactions in the company’s CRM system .
Sales Support : Cross-sell or upsell products and services as appropriate based on customer needs.
Customer Follow-up : Conduct follow-up calls to ensure issue resolution and maintain customer satisfaction.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with sales, shipping, and other departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Compliance : Follow company policies, procedures, and industry regulations while providing top-tier customer service. Qualifications and Experience :
Education : High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
Experience : 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred but not required.
Skills Required :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to remain calm and patient with customers during stressful situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software .
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Other Requirements :
Positive, friendly attitude and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Bilingual (Spanish / English) is a plus but not required. Schedule and Compensation :
Schedule : Monday – Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch). Occasional overtime may be required.
Pay : $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (based on experience).
