Leasing Agent

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team in Albany, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting prospective tenants, showcasing available properties, and ensuring a seamless leasing process. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist prospective tenants, providing detailed information about available properties and their features.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting the unique features and amenities of each unit.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate and detailed information about the properties and leasing process.
• Process rental applications, including verifying income, conducting background and credit checks, and contacting references.
• Prepare and execute lease agreements in compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
• Maintain knowledge of the local real estate market and be aware of current leasing trends.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote available properties, including creating listings and utilizing various advertising platforms.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective tenants to ensure high occupancy rates.
