As a Carpenter, you will work on various job sites, requiring some travel. You will be part of a small construction team, occasionally interacting with clients. The work primarily involves finished carpentry and renovations, often on high-value projects that demand expertise, professionalism, and a commitment to growth within the company.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, roofing, sanding, cutting, and shaping materials.
- Work in small spaces as well as high areas, such as scaffolding and ladders.
- Lift and carry materials weighing 50-80 lbs repeatedly.
- Wear and maintain proper safety gear (PPE) at all times.
- Primarily focus on finished carpentry, with potential expansion into other areas as needed.
- Arrive on time and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, as clients may be on-site for high-value projects.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow within the company.
- Communicate project progress, provide feedback, and document needs effectively.
