Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pool maintenance and possess the technical expertise to ensure that pools are clean, safe, and well-maintained. As a Pool Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning of swimming pools.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular pool cleaning and maintenance services to ensure optimal water quality and cleanliness.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine inspections of pool equipment and systems, identifying any issues that may require repair or replacement.
- Execute equipment repair tasks as needed, demonstrating mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of service performed on each pool, including chemical balances and equipment status.
- Communicate with clients regarding their pool needs and provide recommendations for improvements or repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks related to pool maintenance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pool cleaning and maintenance is preferred.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in pool servicing.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform equipment repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- CPO Certification preferred.
