Pool Installer
Southern Pools and Spas is looking for qualified individuals to join our team as Pool Installers. We install above-ground pools, in-ground pools, stealth pools, and fiberglass pools, and we're seeking dependable people with a construction background to help bring our projects to life.
Responsibilities:
- Perform excavation and site preparation for pool installations
- Assemble and install pools (above-ground, in-ground, stealth, and fiberglass)
- Set up pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters
- Ensure all installations meet company standards and customer expectations
- Communicate effectively with customers on-site to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Schedule:
- 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week
- Work is made up if rained out
Requirements:
- Experience with excavation equipment and tools (bobcat, skid steer, etc.)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Must be physically able to lift heavy equipment and perform manual labor
