Responsibilities
- Operate drilling equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Perform loader operation, backhoe operation, and grader operation as required.
- Utilize heavy equipment such as water trucks and tankers to support drilling activities.
- Collaborate with team members to build and maintain drilling sites.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Dig trenches and holes as needed for various construction projects.
- Follow all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist in the training of new team members on equipment operation and safety practices.
Skills
- Proven experience in construction site operations, particularly in drilling tasks.
- Proficiency in heavy equipment operation, including Caterpillar machinery.
- Strong knowledge of loader, backhoe, and grader operation techniques.
- Ability to dig effectively while adhering to safety standards.
