Our recruiter will assist with multiple functions of the recruiting and onboarding process. This position supports the recruiting efforts for Southern Premier Roofing branches, including job boards, job fairs, and local networking. The Recruiter will aid with both candidate and hiring team workflows to determine the status of employment.

Requirements –
- Education: Minimum High School graduate or GED, bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s License: Required
- Preferred Recruiting or HR experience (construction recruiting experience a plus)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $49,345.00 - $58,463.00 per year
