We are looking to hire a leader with a proven record of results and closing deals. Our Sales Managers are responsible for driving revenue growth through effective sales team leadership, strategic goal setting, and hands-on coaching of sales representatives. This role ensures exceptional customer engagement and the achievement of sales targets while supporting the overall business objectives of the company.
As a Sales Manager you will be tasked to:
- Oversee daily sales operations including lead generation, prospecting, and client follow-ups.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Motivating your sales team to exceed monthly goals.
- Coach, mentor, and manage sales representatives through regular performance reviews and training sessions while maintaining a positive and inclusive culture.
- Monitor sales metrics and adjust tactics to maximize profitability and market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Seek top talent to join your team by conducting phone screenings and interviews.
- Review sales reports and performance dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Attend regular meetings with upper management and provide feedback and data on key performance indicators.
Requirements –
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales management experience.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales performance analytics tools.
Preferred Experience –
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with roofing products, market trends, and industry best practices.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
