- Supervise part-time assistant coaches.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree and at least two years of coaching experience at the collegiate level or higher.
- Knowledge of NJCAA rules and regulations.
- A valid driver's license is mandatory.
- Ability to attend all games and travel with the team, including potential overnight stays.
