Responsibilities Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while providing an exceptional dining experience and providing the entire restaurant with alcoholic beverages. This includes: * Mix drinks, cocktails, and other bar beverages as ordered and in compliance with company standards. * Demonstrate thorough knowledge of food and beverage products. * Guiding guests through the menus while demonstrating knowledge of food and beverage offerings. * Handle assigned house bank and follow cash handling procedures. * Suggesting items based on probing questions to understand what guests like or dislike. * Providing pleasant and timely service. * Anticipating guest needs and ensuring they are set up for a smooth dining experience. Requirements * Must be able to obtain an Alcohol Safety certification up to 30 days after hire date. * Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to follow regulations regarding age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
